Coordinates food service between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring orders are timely, accurate, well-presented, and compliant with quality and sanitation standards. Prepares the service station, assists with plating and garnishing, communicates order status and delays, and addresses food-related customer concerns. The role requires teamwork, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly while standing for extended periods.

Provide full-service salon treatments for residents—cuts, color, perms, shampoo, blow-dry, styling, waxing, eyebrow treatments, and neck/face massage. Schedule appointments, communicate with residents to meet expectations, maintain salon sanitization, and deliver compassionate customer service, especially for seniors.

Provide friendly, professional dining service to assisted-living residents: greet residents, take and process orders via POS, maintain a clean dining area, follow sanitation and safety procedures, answer menu questions, and work collaboratively with the kitchen and dining team.
