Assists with apartment community management, including rent and deposit reporting, lease administration, resident relations, notices, move-ins and move-outs, security deposit processing, leasing, renewals, property inspections, marketing, service requests, and maintenance coordination. Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, HUD, and Section 8 requirements while maintaining accurate property records and delivering timely customer service.

Maintain, configure, and improve the organization’s Yardi property management system. Provide user training, manage permissions and access, resolve help desk tickets, develop custom reports, support compliance functions, onboard employees and properties, coordinate with external Yardi support, and lead integrations and module implementations.

Serves as the first point of contact for the corporate office while managing reception, calls, mail, deliveries, office supplies, equipment, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and administrative records. Provides support to executives and HR leadership, coordinates meetings and events, processes requests, handles confidential information, and contributes to efficient daily office operations. The role requires strong customer service, organization, communication, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
