Sells power generation equipment, planned maintenance agreements, repairs, and related services to commercial, industrial, medical, institutional, and government customers. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing accounts, managing a Salesforce pipeline, preparing proposals and pricing, coordinating technical documentation, attending customer and industry events, and building recurring service relationships. The role requires sales ability, technical aptitude, territory management, customer relationship skills, and coordination with manufacturers, vendors, service, and parts teams.

Provides administrative billing and accounts receivable support by reviewing and submitting invoices, gathering purchase orders and documentation, monitoring aging accounts, following up on past-due payments, resolving discrepancies, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Coordinates with customers and internal Service, Parts, Operations, and Accounting teams while supporting invoice processing, collections, customer inquiries, and departmental administrative activities.

Develop new business for generator and fire pump maintenance agreements across Manhattan and the Bronx. Build customer relationships through networking, site visits, follow-up, and industry events; assess customer needs and recommend service solutions. Maintain sales pipelines and customer records, collaborate with service and operations teams, and represent ADDA professionally. The role includes paid training and mentorship for early-career professionals entering technical sales.
