Supports and operates client AWS hosting environments, including infrastructure design, Terraform/OpenTofu automation, networking, server administration, monitoring, incident response, deployments, security, migrations, and cost control. Provides client and internal IT support, troubleshoots application and infrastructure issues, manages access and credentials, scripts operational tasks, documents procedures, and participates in after-hours alert rotations and project architecture activities.

Leads enterprise web and application initiatives from discovery through launch, managing scope, budgets, timelines, milestones, client relationships, and cross-functional production teams. Coordinates digital transformation projects, CMS builds, cloud integrations, hosting needs, feature reviews, contracts, and new business opportunities. Requires strong web development knowledge, project management experience, transparent communication, and proficiency with Jira and Odoo in a remote-first agency environment.
