Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications: build RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot, create dynamic frontends with React or Angular, design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and write clean, testable code following best practices.

Maintain availability, security, reliability, and performance of distributed enterprise systems. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, containerization and orchestration, monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with engineering to design and improve infrastructure.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix. Build interactive front-ends with Phoenix LiveView and Tailwind CSS. Optimize relational schemas (PostgreSQL), implement RESTful and WebSocket-based services, write clean testable code, and apply OTP patterns for fault-tolerant systems.

Design, build and manage test suites and automation projects (web, API, CLI). Develop AI agents to accelerate QA, write functional tests, create CI workflows, mentor junior QAs, conduct QA research, collaborate with Product Owners and clients to gather requirements and provide quality feedback.

Lead the QA function by owning test automation architecture and strategy, mentoring QA engineers, designing AI agentic workflows to accelerate QA, implementing API and UI automation, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and partnering with product and clients on quality standards and planning.

Develop modular components for parsing and comparing structured data and build data processing pipelines. Work primarily in Java (and Scala), use Apache Spark for big data processing, apply Agile practices, and support Continuous Delivery within a collaborative engineering team.
