Coordinates daily school operations by assigning work orders, updating calendars, processing invoices, arranging field-trip transportation, supporting the front desk, managing inventory, distributing mail and packages, and maintaining records. Provides courteous assistance to students, parents, staff, and visitors while handling sensitive information professionally. The role is full-time, temporary for three months, and may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Provide operational, technical, and safety support for Secondary School science laboratories (Grades 6–12). Prepare and maintain equipment, reagents, and supplies; support classroom setup, cleanup, inventory tracking, and minor equipment maintenance; assist teachers and students during lab activities; uphold lab safety, SDS availability, and proper disposal procedures; participate in department meetings and professional learning.

Coaches will serve as positive role models, teaching skills and sportsmanship while overseeing team practices and games. They should also foster relationships in the athletic community and continue professional development.
