Schedule and process flooring installs for assigned builder accounts, key work orders accurately, manage communications and online portals, follow up on open orders, and support team training.

Develops commercial multifamily flooring accounts through cold calling, RFP responses, proposals, face-to-face meetings, and closing sales. Manages projects from measurement through delivery and installation, conducts job-site visits, coordinates with field service teams, and ensures customer satisfaction while maintaining profit margins.

Perform field quality control and safety inspections for flooring installations; work with subcontractors and builders to ensure job standards, address warranty and customer concerns, perform minor onsite repairs, report using company iPad/iPhone, and travel locally to job sites.
