Manages operating room nursing, patient care, surgical flow, medication and supply inventory, scheduling, staff training, safety, HIPAA compliance, protocols, quality control, and Quad A reporting. Provides direct pre-operative, post-operative, scrub, and circulating nursing care; assists physicians; coordinates procedures across providers and locations; and maintains patient follow-up communications and clinical records.
