Lead and support Quality Assurance across manufacturing sites, ensuring ISO compliance, managing supplier quality programs and accreditations, driving process control and continuous improvement using SPC, FMEA, Gage R&R and other quality tools, resolving customer complaints, and training quality staff. Travel up to 25%.

Process customer orders, manage enquiries on stock, pricing and delivery, perform outbound sales calls, prepare quotations, liaise with internal teams and transport, and provide administrative support to the UK sales team to ensure timely order dispatch and high customer service standards.

Develop and manage BIM/Revit models, perform clash detection and coordination, create/modify Revit families, produce CAD designs, extract quantities and 4D schedules, ensure constructability and quality, and provide BIM training and standards enforcement.
