Provides technical ownership for conduit and fittings product families, leading new product development, engineering changes, design validation, documentation, BOM accuracy, and cost-reduction initiatives. The role manages CAD models, drawings, specifications, FMEAs, CTQ requirements, and ERP/PDM data while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, product management, sales, and customers. It also mentors engineering resources and drives improvements in manufacturability, standardization, product quality, and cost competitiveness.

Leads the design, development, validation, and commercialization of plastic pipe, conduit, fittings, and infrastructure products. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, engineering analysis, design reviews, DFMEA, prototyping, testing, tooling and process validation, manufacturing launch support, supplier collaboration, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project leadership. The role also supports product roadmaps, standards compliance, automation initiatives, and strategic growth.

Leads finance operations across multiple manufacturing plants, overseeing accounting, cost accounting, standard costs, inventory, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, capital investment analysis, and process improvements. Partners with plant and executive leaders, supports JD Edwards implementations, validates lean-project savings, and develops financial personnel.
