Production workers saw, wind, bend, and assemble conduits according to customer specifications and production patterns. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, following recipes and drawings, participating in machine setup, and performing quality checks. Employees must be available for day, evening, and night shifts, including rotating schedules. The role requires factory experience, punctuality, reliability, good learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Directs plant operations across safety, production scheduling, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, budgeting, staffing, and continuous improvement. Leads supervisors and plant personnel while managing capital assets, P&L performance, labor and material costs, equipment utilization, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Implements Lean Daily Management, standardized work, KPI reporting, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency. Oversees hiring, performance management, employee development, and organizational structure for the manufacturing facility.

Leads manufacturing continuous improvement and productivity projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, and uptime. Defines standard operating procedures, production rates, work instructions, BOMs, and routings. Performs time, yield, downtime, and rate studies; maintains routing accuracy in JD Edwards and AS400; and develops capital expenditure requests. Requires an engineering degree and manufacturing experience, with lean manufacturing experience preferred.
