Migrate C# Selenium automation to Playwright with TypeScript, integrate tests and quality gates into Azure DevOps pipelines, investigate failures using logs, APIs, databases, and telemetry, and improve observability and release quality. The role also develops AI-assisted quality workflows, supports test strategy, reviews code, and promotes quality engineering practices across teams.

Leads the global Customer Support function, establishing service levels, escalation processes, KPIs, reporting, training, and operational standards. Partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation to resolve complex issues and improve response and resolution times. Builds scalable support operations, develops team capabilities, creates knowledge resources, and applies AI-assisted workflows and automation to improve customer experience and support efficiency.

Build, maintain, and own backend features for search and merchandising products. Develop production-grade Go microservices and high-availability cloud systems, troubleshoot production issues, maintain performance SLAs, conduct code reviews, collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps, support CI/CD and infrastructure activities, and help onboard junior engineers.
