Teams at Athletics - Business Operations

Supports end-to-end payroll processing, including multi-state payroll, tax filings, reconciliations, leave accruals, 401(k) contributions, W-2 processing, and payroll reporting. Coordinates with ADP, Accounting, People Operations, and employees to resolve discrepancies, maintain compliance, support audits, and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Provides administrative and operational support to partnership sales and activation teams. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records and tracking spreadsheets, researching prospective partners, preparing proposals and presentations, organizing contracts and invoices, compiling performance reports, and supporting partner activations, events, hospitality, and game-day experiences. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and coordination skills, plus availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.

Leads enterprise talent acquisition strategy, full-cycle recruiting, leadership and high-volume hiring, internship recruitment, recruiting metrics, systems, employer branding, and diverse talent pipelines. Advises senior leaders and hiring managers, establishes hiring standards and processes, manages the recruiting budget, and leads, coaches, and develops the Talent Acquisition team.
