Responsibilities include patient care, reviewing treatment plans, onboarding and training staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting community health outcomes. The role requires a licensed physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, or occupational therapist with current CPR certification.

Assists the Clinic Manager with rehabilitation facility operations, including staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, performance management, compliance, equipment maintenance, budgeting, KPI analysis, and action planning. Builds relationships with physicians, workers’ compensation partners, athletic trainers, and community stakeholders to support clinic growth. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant with current CPR certification.
