Provide legal and strategic support for coaching and executive client contracts; negotiate and draft representation agreements; research employment and market contract trends across NFL, NCAA, and other sports; build and maintain contract-term databases; prepare client recruiting materials, interview prep and pitch decks; perform client and industry data analysis; assist with dispute resolution and broader department initiatives.

Provide legal support for sports and entertainment contracts including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating endorsements, sponsorships, licensing, media, and broadcasting agreements. Advise internal teams, coordinate outside counsel, manage contract intake and tracking, assist on disputes and regulatory research, and support broader legal matters.

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager oversees office operations, manages executive support, client relations, and performs administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflows.
