Owns people operations and business operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, recruiting coordination, workplace operations, vendor management, and office administration. The role serves as the primary People Operations contact, maintains accurate records and recurring processes, supports California employment compliance, and improves operational systems while partnering closely with the COO and founders.

Manage a portfolio of customer and mentor accounts from onboarding through renewal. Conduct proactive outreach, monitor account health, resolve scheduling and mentorship issues, document interactions, and drive retention, renewals, and upgrades. Serve as the customer advocate while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve the experience. This is an on-site role requiring five days per week in the office.

Own the bottom-of-funnel sales process by conducting program planning calls, qualifying families’ needs, recommending mentorship programs, handling objections, and closing enrollments. Manage high-intent inbound leads through calls, texts, and email; maintain accurate CRM records; coordinate handoffs to Athlete Success Managers; collaborate with SDRs; and meet monthly pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets.
