Creates high-volume, high-quality video and motion design assets for digital and social platforms. Responsibilities include video editing, motion graphics, color grading, layout, typography, visual design, and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage a portfolio of families and mentors from onboarding through renewal. Conduct proactive outreach, monitor account health, address concerns, coordinate issue resolution, maintain detailed CRM notes, lead onboarding calls, and present upgrades. The role focuses on relationship management, customer retention, renewals, objection handling, and delivering a strong mentorship-program experience.

Own the sales funnel by conducting inbound and outbound outreach to prospective families, qualifying leads, booking consultations for Account Executives, confirming appointments, maintaining accurate lead dispositions, and providing detailed call notes. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, coachability, and comfort with high-volume calling. It is an on-site position in Santa Monica, California, with a focus on building a long-term sales career.
