Leads annual and leadership giving strategy, donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and major-gift pipeline development. Manages leadership donor portfolios, campaigns, volunteers, prospect research, donor communications, and fundraising reporting. Collaborates with advancement, communications, board members, school leadership, and volunteers to achieve revenue and participation goals. Maintains donor records in Raiser's Edge, supports endowment and scholarship stewardship, and attends local meetings and events.
