Supervises behavioral health clinicians and interns, provides clinical guidance and emergency coverage, reviews documentation and high-risk cases, supports compliance and quality improvement initiatives, facilitates staff training, maintains licensure paperwork, and manages a reduced therapy caseload. The role also assists with policy development, performance management, recruitment, and administrative support while ensuring adherence to NYS OMH, HIPAA, and mandated reporting requirements.

Lead and facilitate evidence-based psychotherapy groups for children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include group development, treatment planning, crisis intervention, clinical intakes, assessments, documentation, case consultation, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The role requires trauma-informed care and proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, or similar modalities. Services may be delivered in person or through telehealth from Rochester, with possible travel to clinics in the Bronx and Manhattan.

Provide front desk support at a Manhattan mental health clinic: greet clients, manage check-in/check-out and scheduling in the EHR, handle mail/faxes and clerical tasks, follow up with clients, coordinate with clinicians, maintain reception area, and perform other administrative duties while protecting client confidentiality.
