Supports the Talent Acquisition team by posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, communicating with applicants, assisting onboarding, and supporting employer branding and recruitment administration.

Provides executive clinical and programmatic leadership across multi-site behavioral health services. Oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, outcomes, risk management, workforce development, leadership effectiveness, and program performance. Leads evidence-based practice, quality improvement, data-driven decision-making, new program implementation, and strategic expansion while collaborating with executive leaders and external stakeholders.

Provide front desk support for a mental health clinic: greet clients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments in EHR, handle mail/faxes, maintain records, follow up with clients, and assist clinicians and administrative staff while protecting confidentiality.
