Leads complex customer-facing technical implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support. Responsibilities include project scoping, planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, data validation, SQL analysis, Python scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role manages multiple concurrent healthcare IT initiatives, advises customers, drives issue resolution, improves delivery processes, and mentors teammates.

Leads the Revenue Cycle Management content roadmap and serves as the primary subject-matter owner. Writes blogs, eBooks, and other long-form B2B content; researches complex healthcare topics; coordinates stakeholder reviews; briefs and edits freelance writers; and partners with marketing teams on campaigns and messaging. Applies SEO and AI search optimization, uses performance insights to refine content strategy, audits existing content, and supports adjacent healthcare solution areas.
