Lead category sourcing strategies, run RFPs and contract negotiations, analyze spend and supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, optimize procurement processes and tools, partner cross-functionally, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior procurement team members.

Serve as VP/GM's strategic partner to drive operational execution, program management, and cross-functional alignment for athenaFlex. Own business rhythms, lead special projects, track metrics, manage a small operations team, coordinate leadership meetings, and enable strategic planning and decision-making across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing.

Lead a Platform Operations team delivering support for platform products (APIs, data services, athenaPayer, Coordinator Core). Manage case triage, escalations, customer calls, Salesforce and JIRA workflows, SOPs, reporting, and process improvements. Build dashboards, use AI/automation to improve efficiency, coach team members, and partner cross-functionally to ensure reliable platform service delivery.
