Provides first-line customer support for athenahealth solutions, investigating and resolving issues involving scheduling, billing, EHR, claims, and US healthcare revenue cycle workflows. The role manages tickets, escalations, SLAs, documentation, customer communications, and follow-up while collaborating with internal teams. It also uses AI tools, contributes to support documentation and process improvements, validates changes, identifies recurring issues, and supports onboarding and knowledge sharing.

Leads the technical design and development of a production-grade AI messaging platform. Builds LLM-powered agents, durable Temporal workflows, scalable Java microservices, guardrails, evaluations, and observability on AWS and Kubernetes. Takes intelligent messaging agents from prototype to production, improves reliability and autonomy, modernizes legacy systems, and provides technical direction and mentorship through influence.

Analyzes denial and revenue cycle data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes. Leads optimization initiatives from problem definition through implementation and performance tracking, designing interventions that reduce denial rates, manual effort, and rework. Develops KPI metrics, monitors results, identifies automation opportunities, and collaborates with Operations, Business Intelligence, Training, Quality, Technology, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and operational scalability.
