Leads and coaches a team of Customer Success Managers supporting customer retention, satisfaction, product adoption, onboarding, and issue resolution. Monitors customer health, performance metrics, and retention risks; develops action plans for at-risk accounts; and partners cross-functionally on solutions and process improvements. Manages departmental projects, communicates business updates, supports performance management, and uses AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, identify trends, and enhance customer outcomes.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend services supporting athenaCollector’s billing, claims, and revenue cycle management workflows. Collaborate with product, design, QA, SRE, and engineering teams; participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and mentoring. Support cloud deployment, infrastructure automation, observability, troubleshooting, and AI-assisted development while contributing to secure, reliable healthcare software and LLM-enabled features.

Design and develop full-stack software for healthcare revenue cycle management, including React frontends, Java and Spring Boot backend services, SQL data models, and AWS containerized deployments. Improve scalability, reliability, observability, and operational readiness; troubleshoot production issues; participate in architecture, documentation, on-call support, and incident response; mentor junior engineers; and explore AI capabilities in engineering workflows and product features.
