The Operations Analyst will manage AR calling and denial workflows, ensure compliance and quality, analyze trends, and support operational processes and projects within RCM operations.

Serve as the first sales contact for inbound healthcare practice inquiries: respond via phone and email, qualify and nurture leads, document interactions in CRM, transfer qualified leads to Sales Executives, follow sales processes, and use AI-powered tools to improve outreach and productivity. Hybrid role based in Boston, Austin, or Atlanta.

Support product managers and cross-functional teams to drive feature delivery, governance, and operational consistency. Analyze portfolio data, coordinate dependencies, establish AI best practices, coach stakeholders on responsible AI use, and improve workflows via automation to enhance product execution and outcomes.
