Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYNs, primary care, and concierge practices to drive referrals to women's imaging clinics. Conduct daily field visits, deliver provider education, resolve scheduling/communication issues, log activity in CRM, track referral data, and coordinate local events to grow referral pipelines.

Greet and check in patients, verify insurance/ID, manage scheduling and provider calendars, use Infinitt and Microsoft Office tools, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, answer phones, perform basic patient education, and occasionally travel between sites.

Greet and check in patients in English and Spanish, verify insurance/ID, assist with intake forms, answer phones and schedule appointments, manage provider schedules, use Infinitt and Microsoft Office (Excel/SharePoint) for tracking, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, keep waiting area welcoming, provide basic patient education, and occasionally travel to other sites.
