The role also defines technical review scopes, quality-assures expert assessments, and manages relationships with government technology owners, nonprofits, academic institutions, and private firms.

Leads rural digital infrastructure products and programs from use-case definition through adoption. Responsibilities include writing engineering specifications, managing government counterpart relationships, tracking user adoption, coordinating measurement and reporting, conducting field research and training, and producing reports for funders and government stakeholders. The role manages two programs and build teams, requires rural development or public-sector delivery experience, direct engagement with rural institutions and staff, Hindi proficiency, technical-program translation skills, and 30–40% travel in India.

Lead technology-focused business development across AI, data systems, digital public infrastructure, GovTech, and digital transformation opportunities. Manage pipeline qualification, market intelligence, client and partner relationships, capture planning, proposal development, submissions, and BD analytics.
