Drive broker channel growth in Queensland by building and maintaining broker and aggregator relationships, managing application pipelines, delivering onboarding and training, providing product and policy feedback, and driving sales performance and conversion through face-to-face and virtual engagement.

Lead financial control, compliance reporting, and integrity of the general ledger and trust accounting. Own reconciliation frameworks, month‑end and year‑end processes, audit liaison, taxation support, budgeting/forecasting, and continuous process improvements across Treasury, Technology and Operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers in Western Australia to drive applications and conversions. Act as primary broker contact, run onboarding and training, manage aggregator relationships, provide product and platform feedback, and collaborate internally to improve policy and processes to enhance broker and customer experience.
