Drive revenue by converting leads into paying customers, develop and execute sales strategies, identify and secure partnerships with schools and universities, negotiate contracts, conduct market research, collaborate cross-functionally, represent Athena at events, manage partner relationships, and report sales performance to senior management.

Manage daily finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, MIS and financial statements. Support budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax), audits, asset registers, and cross-functional coordination. Provide data-driven analyses, financial models, and contribute to automation and process improvements to support senior management decision-making.

The Technical Director-Writing leads the essay process for students, guiding them in creative writing projects and workshops while mentoring a team of writers.
