Provide front-desk and administrative support for a mental health clinic: greet patients, manage check-in/out, handle calls, collect copays, schedule appointments, complete intake and records tasks, maintain compliance and safety logs, manage supplies and mail, make weekly bank deposits, and support providers and patients to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults. Collaborate with care teams and guardians, document care in the EMR, maintain licensure/DEA, and apply current best practices including interventional treatments like TMS and Spravato.
