Provides expert technical support for aircraft cabin seats in service, including cabin surveys, troubleshooting, maintenance and refurbishment guidance, technician and cabin crew training, defect and reliability monitoring, spare parts inventory management, reporting, and customer support. The role also advises on seat maintenance work packages and promotes support, spares, and repair services.

Create, edit, manage, and publish technical documentation for radar systems, including manuals, data modules, test reports, and qualification evidence. Ensure compliance with S1000D, DEF STAN, and defense standards while using Teamcenter Unified for document structures, metadata, version control, and configuration control. Collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and suppliers to clarify technical information, resolve publication issues, and improve publishing processes and automation.
