Manage and maintain QMS to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and EN9100. Perform audits, track KPIs, coach staff on quality standards, lead root-cause analyses (5 Whys, 8D), support corrective/preventive actions, and optimize processes to prevent failures and meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Manage monthly financial closings, validate project revenues, track and analyze WIP, allocate costs, perform project profitability analysis, and prepare consolidated reports in Power BI and Excel to support strategic decision-making.
