Design, develop, test, and maintain software for enterprise and embedded systems using C/C++, Python, and LabVIEW. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex defects, create technical documentation, support deployments, and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO processes.

Manage planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects on schedule and within budget. Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, and engineering for compliance, prepare reports, handle contracts/change orders, maintain customer relations, and ensure AS9100/ISO compliance.

Provide administrative HR support including recruiting, onboarding, benefits/open enrollment, time-off and training record management, background check assistance, HR reporting, compliance with AS9100/ISO, and general employee relations and documentation tasks.
