Process accounts payable, manage vendor documentation, record corporate card transactions, maintain AP records, support inventory and financial reporting, assist Controller/CFO and ERP upgrades, and follow AS9100/ISO quality procedures and audits.

Administers complex government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, proposals, amendments, invoices, and compliance documentation. Coordinates customers, subcontractors, project managers, and internal departments while monitoring schedules, budgets, changes, and contract obligations. Supports export compliance under ITAR and EAR, customer screening, quality-system requirements, reporting, and resolution of financial or contractual issues.

Supports and sustains existing electrical and mechanical product designs, updates drawings and bills of material, orders parts through ERP systems, tests equipment, and assists with field installation and preventive maintenance. The role includes product shipping, customer relationship management, quality-system compliance, continuous improvement, and occasional domestic or international travel. Physical work includes using mechanical and electrical tools and lifting up to 50 pounds.
