Maintain People systems and data integrity (Rippling, Ashby, Notion), run performance cycles and engagement rhythms, support workforce planning with COO/Finance, and serve as first point of contact for employee questions while building scalable people programs.

The AI Solutions Account Executive will manage enterprise sales cycles, engage with C-suite executives, develop strategic proposals, and deepen market expertise in the CPG and Retail sectors to drive AI adoption and sales growth.
