Provides client-facing technical support across computer systems, software, hardware, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, networks, VPNs, and related infrastructure. Owns issues from diagnosis through resolution, performs administrative and configuration tasks, documents solutions, communicates with users, escalates appropriately, and identifies automation opportunities to improve service delivery.

Manage relationships across an assigned client portfolio, serving as the primary advisor and coordinating internal teams to deliver value. Monitor account health, retention risks, satisfaction, and service performance; lead QBRs, strategic planning, escalations, onboarding, and renewal readiness. Identify expansion opportunities with sales, provide actionable insights, and improve client success processes while communicating effectively with technical and executive audiences.
