Identify and research prospects, conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn, qualify business needs, schedule meetings and demos, maintain CRM pipeline records, build prospect relationships, attend networking events, and pursue activity and revenue goals in collaboration with leadership, recruiting, and technology teams.

Leads accounting operations for assigned construction companies, including WIP and job-cost reporting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, revenue recognition under ASC 606, cash-flow forecasting, and internal controls. Partners with operational leaders to assess project margins, cost-to-complete forecasts, billing, collections, and financial risks. Supervises accounting staff, improves ERP processes, supports consolidated reporting, and coordinates with auditors, banks, bonding agents, and external partners.

Develop and execute sales strategies, prospect for new business, manage pipelines, build customer relationships, and lead sales team members. The role also coordinates customer events, monitors performance metrics, prepares leadership reports, addresses pricing and service issues, and delivers sales presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Education market, consumer goods, B2B, dealer, or distributor sales experience is relevant.
