Deploys and sustains a refinery operating system across assigned departments. Leads structured problem solving, root-cause analysis, performance improvement, standard work, visual management, training, coaching, audits, and cross-functional improvement workstreams. Analyzes operational losses, quantifies benefits, maintains governance reporting, and ensures improvements comply with MOC, PSM, safety, and environmental requirements. This hands-on role works directly with plant leaders, supervisors, engineers, planners, and operators across operating areas and shifts.

Summer engineering intern assisting with design, development, testing, analysis, documentation, debugging, prototyping, and technical data interpretation. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams, participates in design reviews, follows engineering and safety standards, and applies academic knowledge to real-world projects. The role may support mechanical, electrical, software, civil, industrial, or related engineering assignments and requires completion of physical, drug screening, TWIC, and MSHA requirements.

Performs industrial maintenance and mechanical repair throughout an alumina refinery. Installs, removes, repairs, assembles, and replaces plant machinery and equipment; performs rigging, pipe and hose work, welding, and burning. Reads blueprints and follows sketches and verbal instructions while maintaining safe, clean work areas. Supports continuous plant operations outdoors and must meet physical demands, safety requirements, drug screening, and hands-on evaluation standards.

Manage expediting and supplier delivery performance, coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensure customs compliance, resolve transportation and customs issues, support procurement and operations for material availability across maintenance, projects, and operations.

Lead supply chain analytics, planning, and performance initiatives across sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, predictive analytics, and reporting to optimize inventory, reduce costs, improve service, and support S&OP and strategic sourcing decisions. Provide analytical support for sourcing, supplier performance, and continuous improvement while supervising and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Electrical Reliability & Project Engineer will enhance equipment reliability, manage change processes, lead root cause analyses, and execute capital improvement projects utilizing the Front-End Loaded (FEL) process.

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving equipment performance and reliability, implementing maintenance strategies, conducting analyses, and collaborating with various teams to enhance asset management and operational efficiency.

Lead technical resource for piping, stationary equipment and pressure relief valve compliance. Plan and execute inspections, maintenance, reliability analysis, root-cause investigations, and develop procedures, acceptance tests, and asset maintenance plans to ensure pressure system integrity and regulatory compliance.
