Own Terraform modules and automation for customer environments, manage Kubernetes and supporting tooling, troubleshoot production issues, improve resilience, and participate in on-call response. Contribute to platform architecture, CI/CD and GitOps practices, cloud networking, observability, AI-assisted workflows, security hardening, and customer communication while mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Lead end-to-end demand generation campaigns for global enterprise accounts: plan integrated channel strategies, execute and QA campaigns in HubSpot/Salesforce, use intent data (6sense) and paid media to drive pipeline, align with Sales/BDRs for conversion, measure and optimize performance, and apply AI tools to scale personalization and testing.
