Manage staff scheduling and coverage for a home health program, recruit and assist with hiring, orient and train new hires, handle on-call replacement and communication logs, support billing verification, ensure compliance with policies and licensure, resolve client concerns, and participate in staff education and disciplinary actions.

Perform administrative and clerical support for a home health agency: maintain office equipment and supplies; manage admissions/discharges and notifications; prepare and post schedules; process mail, faxes, and reports; generate computerized nursing and aide time sheets and narratives; compile agency data; assist staff and supervise confidentiality, attendance, quality, and adherence to policies.

As an ED RN, you will provide clinical care to patients in a hospital while maintaining professional conduct and ensuring patient dignity and privacy.
