Leads daily store operations, including opening and closing, front-end processes, task delegation, staffing support, training, freight processing, stocking, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience. Works with the Assistant Store Manager to meet sales and productivity goals while maintaining company standards. Requires open availability, physical ability to handle merchandise, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Leads store opening, closing, front-end, freight, stocking, task delegation, training, and team productivity. Supports sales, customer satisfaction, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, compliance, and operational readiness. Requires open availability for nights and weekends, frequent movement in a warehouse-format store, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds.

Manages store and cluster-level inventory allocations by department, class, and SKU to optimize sales, margins, sell-through, and in-stock rates. Collaborates with buying, planning, sourcing, supply chain, accounting, and store operations teams on assortment strategies, replenishment, transfers, receipts, and new-store assortments. Performs in-season and post-season analysis, maintains performance reporting, supports allocation system implementations, and provides data-driven recommendations.
