Coaches team members on visual standards, supports customer experience and sales goals, reviews store performance metrics, and promotes safety, compliance, and ethical conduct. Requires open availability, physical ability to handle merchandise, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Coordinates staffing and executes daily workloads while maintaining company standards, cleanliness, compliance, and sales readiness.
