Supports distribution center HR operations, including hourly recruiting, candidate pipeline administration, offers, background checks, onboarding, orientation, training compliance, HRIS data integrity, payroll and timekeeping support, reporting, staffing agency administration, and employee engagement activities. Answers routine team member questions, maintains confidential records, and escalates employee relations, leave, accommodation, and other complex matters to the HR Business Partner or appropriate support team.

Supports store visual merchandising, zone transitions, product resets, signage, freight processing, stocking, and maintaining organized sales areas. Coaches team members on visual standards, supports customer engagement and store performance goals, reviews scorecard metrics, and promotes safety, compliance, and ethical conduct. Requires open availability, physical activity, lifting, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a warehouse-format retail environment.

Supports visual merchandising, product transitions, resets, signage, endcaps, stocking, and freight processes within an assigned store zone. Maintains clean, organized, standards-compliant displays; coaches team members on visual priorities; supports sales, customer experience, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention goals. Requires open availability, physical lifting and movement of merchandise, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate store teams.
