Manage and scale globally distributed blockchain infrastructure, design and operate production-grade services, implement infrastructure as code, maintain high availability, automate CI/CD workflows, monitor systems, and respond to incidents. The role requires Linux, networking, load balancing, configuration management, programming, observability, and troubleshooting expertise. Experience with Kubernetes, Nomad, and blockchain ecosystems is preferred.

Build and manage a pipeline of crypto, AI, fintech, exchange, and blockchain prospects. Conduct outbound outreach, relationship-building, conferences, and market engagement; run full-cycle enterprise deals from scoping through closing; and persuade sophisticated buyers to prioritize security partnerships. The role requires strong market instincts, self-direction, NYC-based in-person engagement, and travel of 20–40%.
