Supports FP&A for Product, Engineering, and Marketing organizations through forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and business partnership. Maintains labor, non-labor, and headcount planning models; prepares close packages and executive materials; validates data and assumptions; responds to ad hoc analysis requests; and contributes to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Leads complex cross-functional Finance systems and process initiatives from planning through implementation. Partners with Finance, Technology, Product, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, manage project plans, dependencies, risks, governance, communications, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Facilitates alignment, resolves issues, supports Agile and SDLC practices, and drives standardized processes, organizational readiness, and successful business outcomes.

Analyzes digital marketing, web, email, organic, voice, and chat performance; develops reporting, KPIs, measurement plans, tagging requirements, attribution analyses, and data-driven recommendations. Partners cross-functionally to evaluate initiatives, tests, customer segments, and subscription performance. Uses BI tools, SQL, analytical programming, and AI automation to generate insights and improve digital growth decisions.
