Responsibilities include device setup, troubleshooting connectivity and technology issues, navigating support platforms, explaining product capabilities, handling claims, meeting service and sales goals, and upselling Asurion products. The role requires working independently in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Manages forward stocking locations across an assigned territory, ensuring vendor compliance, inventory availability, service quality, contractual performance, and SLA achievement. Responsibilities include provider training, inspections, shipment and shrink investigations, inventory controls, cost reduction, escalations, and process improvement. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, vendor relationship management, scheduled and emergency site visits, and occasional weekend shifts.
