The Payroll Implementation Specialist manages payroll solution setup within an HRIS platform, assisting clients, validating data, and ensuring compliant payroll processing.

Provide end-to-end resolution of payroll tax agency notices for multi-state clients. Maintain client tax setups, validate requests, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and improve processes to ensure timely, accurate tax filings and payments.

Provide client-facing payroll processing for small businesses: process weekly/semi-monthly/custom payroll, calculate pay using tax tables, audit registers and time records, validate TLM time with payroll, enter hires and changes in Payroll Central, process levies/garnishments, and prepare management reports while meeting tight deadlines.
