The HCM Sales Executive generates new business and expansion revenue for HCM software and services. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, developing referral partnerships, expanding existing client relationships, presenting solutions, managing the sales funnel, achieving quotas, and maintaining sales activity in Salesforce. The role also requires staying current on HCM trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies such as AI tools.

Resolves payroll tax notices, payments, filings, agency communications, and client issues across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Ensures timely, accurate, and compliant tax remittances and returns; documents resolutions in the CRM; collaborates with internal teams and managers; creates payment files or initiates agency payments; and supports special projects. Requires strong payroll tax, multi-state taxation, software, Excel, communication, organization, and compliance skills.
