Coordinates administrative and fundraising operations for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, including complex scheduling, donor correspondence, event planning, budget analysis, reconciliations, reporting, Salesforce data entry, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, invoices, and database maintenance. The role supports development officers and leadership while coordinating with donors, university partners, and the ASU Foundation.

Leads major-gift fundraising for the W. P. Carey School of Business, managing a donor portfolio, cultivating prospects, securing gifts of $100,000 or more, and pursuing a $2 million fundraising goal. Builds relationships with alumni, corporations, foundations, faculty, and university leaders; develops proposals and stewardship strategies; maintains prospect records; and manages, coaches, and develops a team of 2–4 direct reports.

Leads major gift and foundation fundraising for ASU Natural Sciences by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual, corporate, and foundation prospects. Manages a $100,000+ prospect portfolio, develops proposals and philanthropic strategies, tracks fundraising metrics, collaborates with academic leadership, and supervises development staff. Requires national travel, donor relationship management, complex proposal development, and demonstrated success securing major gifts and grants.
