Leads hands-on software engineering, architecture, AI adoption, and platform evolution. Develops and modernizes Angular and C#/.NET Core systems, scalable APIs, distributed architectures, real-time data platforms, cloud-native applications, and AI-powered features involving LLMs, agents, RAG, and intelligent search. Builds interactive data visualizations, optimizes performance and reliability, mentors engineers, supports technical direction, and contributes to production delivery and occasional onsite deployments.

Develop and maintain high-performance back-end ingestion services, APIs, data transformations, storage systems, and real-time event integrations. Normalize heterogeneous data, ensure sub-second updates, implement authentication, optimize scalability, and collaborate with front-end and graphics teams. Write automated tests, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, and support Agile sprint planning.

Lead and mentor a six-person engineering team while contributing hands-on across the full stack. Develop and maintain Angular front-ends and Node.js/.NET Core backends, ensure system integration, optimize real-time streams (Kafka, WebSockets), maintain CI/CD and Docker deployments, perform code reviews, collaborate with TPM and architects, and travel occasionally for onsite deployments.
