Drive technical cybersecurity across satellite design, manufacturing, operations, cloud and on-prem environments. Manage network, server, endpoint, OT/ICS, and cloud security; detect and respond to incidents via log/SIEM analysis; perform risk and vulnerability assessments; implement security designs and controls; deliver training, documentation, and continuous improvement (PDCA).

Support aerospace QA by learning QMS, product assurance, supplier quality, nonconformance and document management. Assist process visualization and improvement, product quality monitoring, supplier data structuring, and produce process maps, structured supplier datasets, quality records/KPIs, and a final report with presentation.

Lead design, governance, and execution of global compensation, equity, recognition, and reward programs. Establish job architecture and leveling, drive annual salary and incentive cycles, partner with execs, Finance, Legal and external consultants to align rewards with business strategy, talent attraction, and retention.
