Lead corporate, multi-state, and international tax functions for a multi-entity manufacturing organization. Manage income tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, R&D tax credits, audits, sales/use/property tax, international withholding/VAT, fixed asset tax reporting, and ERP tax integrations. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations, Engineering, and external advisors to improve processes, controls, and tax strategies.

Process and reconcile weekly multi-state payroll for 1,200+ employees using ADP and IFS. Manage tax filings, payroll registers, GL reconciliations, manual checks, garnishments, audits, and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance and driving payroll process improvements.

Lead avionics system architecture, integration, verification and lab/aircraft testing for complex aerospace programs. Define interfaces and requirements, plan and execute system-level tests, drive integration troubleshooting, conduct safety assessments, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
