Serve as a strategic People Operations partner to managers and employees, providing coaching, employee relations support, investigations, compliance guidance, and lifecycle management. Lead performance, onboarding, organizational scaling, and workplace culture initiatives while ensuring California employment law compliance. Improve HR policies, processes, systems, reporting, and employee engagement across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational teams.

Develop and test rover and ground-support power avionics hardware from initial design through flight. Responsibilities include power electronics architecture, PCBA requirements, Altium schematic capture and layout, circuit analysis, reliability studies, design verification and qualification testing, system integration, design reviews, and manufacturing and flight support.

Lead design, implementation, testing, and verification of navigation, localization, and perception systems for lunar rovers. Guide a small engineering team, integrate algorithms with flight software, devise and run hardware test campaigns in simulated/analog lunar environments, and ensure systems meet NASA human-rated requirements through validation and operations support.
