Perform and interpret high-complexity toxicology testing (including LC/MS), ensure QC and regulatory compliance (CLIA/COLA/CAP), participate in method verification/validation, document corrective actions, and provide training and technical guidance to lab staff.

Make outbound calls to internet-generated leads, introduce GEICO insurance products, direct inbound calls, record customer interactions, generate interest for personalized quotes, and close sales.
