The IT Systems Administrator at AstroForge will build and maintain internal tech infrastructure, support users, manage network and security compliance, and handle hardware lifecycle management.

Integrate spacecraft subsystems into flight-ready vehicles and develop, execute, and document component-, subsystem-, and system-level tests. Perform environmental and performance testing, troubleshoot anomalies, maintain test fixtures and ground support equipment, track verification results and corrective actions, and support pre-launch checkout, fueling, and launch-vehicle integration. The role requires detailed configuration and test-data documentation, hands-on work with flight hardware, and flexible hours during critical test and launch campaigns.

Coordinates factory and office operations, including procurement, inventory, purchase orders, invoices, shipping and receiving, office supplies, food services, and vendor relationships. Maintains an organized, well-stocked workplace, resolves day-to-day issues proactively, and develops scalable operational processes. The role requires onsite work in Seal Beach, California and supports a fast-paced aerospace startup.
