Manage and mentor three EHS Specialists to shift from reactive incident response to proactive auditing, training, and safety-culture building across multiple plant locations. Build audit/inspection programs, perform incident trend analysis, standardize procedures, deliver EHS training, support OSHA/EPA and internal audit readiness, and act as escalation point for complex safety or regulatory issues while partnering with plant leadership.

Manage end-to-end flow of materials, production orders, and finished goods across supply chain. Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks, expedite critical orders, monitor KPIs, run flow review meetings, create visibility via reports/dashboards, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Theory of Constraints to improve throughput and on-time delivery.

Lead HR strategy and operations for multiple manufacturing plants, acting as senior HR business partner to operations. Oversee employee and labor relations, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent development, compliance, and HR Generalists. Drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, acquisition integration, and consistent execution of HR programs across locations while partnering with Centers of Excellence.
