Teams at Astro Shapes LLC

Develops and secures new business across industrial and OEM markets, managing opportunities from prospecting through production launch. Builds customer relationships, creates strategic sales plans, conducts technical discussions, interprets drawings and specifications, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and collaborates with engineering and operations teams. Maintains pipeline forecasts, monitors market conditions, supports product development, and drives revenue, margin, customer acquisition, and market share growth. Travel exceeding 50% is required.

Leads the enterprise Integration Management Office, PMO, continuous improvement, and Learning & Development functions. Establishes integration governance, PMO processes, project prioritization, reporting, and accountability structures. Drives business process improvement, organizational capability building, leadership development, and training programs. Partners with executives on acquisitions, integrations, strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and portfolio health while developing sustainable internal capabilities and coaching team members.
