Build and manage People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/ATS management, multi-state compliance, recruiting operations support, compensation and equity assistance, and employee relations. Serve as primary HR contact, improve systems and reporting, and partner with leadership to scale HR operations in a fast-paced startup.

Design and deliver high-density, high-reliability power converters through full product lifecycle: concept, component selection, schematic/layout, bring-up, testing, manufacturing, and flight support while collaborating across disciplines on propulsion and generation systems.

Lead propulsion hardware design from concept through flight qualification and integration. Perform design trade studies, detailed CAD design, structural/thermal/fluid analyses, prototype assembly and tooling, test hardware, analyze data, diagnose issues, and present design reviews.
