Lead and operate enterprise Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms, manage hybrid identity (Entra ID/AD), deliver and govern AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Copilot), provide L2/3 support, secure and govern cloud resources, manage on‑prem infrastructure, and drive vendor, project, and stakeholder engagement to scale AI initiatives.

Support marketing campaign execution and reward fulfilment for AstroBiz and seasonal campaigns. Track performance and fulfilment progress, coordinate with winners, manage data and reporting, schedule fulfilment activities, assist stakeholders, and provide operational support for ad hoc marketing projects.

Develop and maintain consumer-facing web and mobile platforms (My Astro and company site), build features, work with databases, help create CI/CD pipelines, write automated tests, contribute to AI-driven projects like a centralized knowledge base, and follow AWS cost-aware practices while collaborating across teams.
