Manage vendors, define KPIs/SLAs, coordinate engineers and ops for provisioning, firmware, monitoring, migrations, decommissioning, and readiness for GPU/high-density systems. Translate operational pain points into projects, track risks and dependencies, run reviews, and drive accountability to resolution.

Lead BI strategy and delivery: build dashboards and automated ETL, design data models, perform market and financial analyses, oversee research and forecasting, manage teams and stakeholder relationships, and maintain data assets and industry contacts.

The Systems Administrator II provides operational support for large systems related to building management and physical security, troubleshooting hardware, managing vendor relations, and ensuring data accuracy for inventory databases.
