Provide remote and in-person IT support in a primarily Apple environment, installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and AV/Zoom rooms; troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VOIP issues; administer cloud services (G Suite, Okta, Slack, Duo, Jira, Office365); onboard/train employees; track tickets in Jira; maintain IT inventory and documentation; escalate complex issues.

Lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level APAC projects from planning through execution. Align regional strategy with global initiatives, coordinate cross-domain teams, manage technical feasibility reviews, track delivery and risks, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff.

Audit vendor telecom invoices and network performance against contracts; perform ad hoc financial analysis; dispute billing with vendors; produce and summarize audit reports using online spreadsheets; report spending trends and cost-saving opportunities to clients; identify process efficiencies and propose new audit projects.
