Supports organizational decision-making through complex data analysis, reporting, forecasting, dashboard development, and business intelligence initiatives. Analyzes large datasets across multiple systems, develops SQL-based reports and tools, identifies data-quality issues, improves and automates processes, and presents insights and recommendations. Collaborates with stakeholders, leads cross-functional initiatives, mentors team members, develops best practices, and contributes to KPI and methodology development.

Coordinates data center projects from initiation through delivery, managing assets, resources, schedules, budgets, requirements, change control, documentation, stakeholder meetings, tickets, reporting, and action items. The role tracks project progress, identifies issues and process improvements, supports KPI and metric analysis, coordinates regional teams, and escalates risks. Requires strong communication, organization, judgment, multitasking, customer service, and experience with Excel, Google Suite, ticketing systems, and project management tools.

Plans and coordinates multiple large-scale data center and network deployment projects from initiation through closure. Manages scope, schedules, milestones, resources, assets, risks, vendors, documentation, change control, stakeholder communications, and delivery within budget. Partners with technical and cross-functional teams, tracks KPIs, provides executive updates, and drives process improvements. Requires project management experience, data center or network lifecycle knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage concurrent projects across North American time zones.
