Maintain and support global production and corporate network infrastructure (edge, backbone, datacenter, POP, CDN). Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related services. Perform maintenance/upgrades, work with ISPs/vendors, assist with hardware/software issues, and respond to incidents and outages.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services (Python, Node.js) and frontend apps (React, TypeScript). Implement cloud infrastructure with AWS and Terraform, deploy microservices/serverless architectures, build APIs, ensure security and code quality via CI/CD and automated testing, optimize performance, and collaborate across teams. Support BigQuery self-service data products and document best practices.

Manage and coordinate IT-related projects end-to-end, maintain project plans and schedules, monitor ticketing systems, produce reports and dashboards, facilitate stakeholder meetings, train colleagues, identify issues and process improvements, and collaborate with regional teams and project managers to deliver actionable insights and ensure proper ticket/resolution assignment.
