Lead AstraZeneca’s site-wide Total Productive Maintenance programme in Liverpool, covering strategy, budget, deployment, coaching, process improvement and asset reliability. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Lean and leadership teams to align TPM with business priorities and global strategies. Use structured problem solving, performance data, digital tools and KPIs to identify losses, improve equipment performance, develop team capability and sustain TPM standards across manufacturing assets.

Lead day-to-day delivery of GTO digital transformation initiatives (initially Biologics Tech Transfer), converting strategy into executable plans, managing pilots, risks, finances, and cross-functional coordination to enable scalable, AI-ready tech transfer processes.

Lead statistical strategy and operations for development plans, regulatory submissions, HTA and commercial support. Design trials, quantify benefit/risk/value, set and enforce statistical standards, oversee CRO deliverables, represent statistics to regulators and payers, implement new methodologies, drive best practices, and provide scientific leadership and resourcing for drug projects.
