Lead enterprise-scale transformation and improvement initiatives across Site Management and Monitoring. Own projects from inception through global deployment, managing scope, cost, quality, risks, benefits, governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Establish project standards, lead project teams, influence senior leaders, support assurance activities, and drive continuous improvement across global R&D programs.

Leads end-to-end global clinical study delivery from handover through close-out and archiving. Responsibilities include cross-functional and vendor leadership, study documentation, budget ownership, risk and quality management, KPI tracking, TMF oversight, inspection readiness, compliance, issue resolution, and mentoring. The role manages CROs and external partners while ensuring studies meet timelines, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and budget targets.

Coordinate and execute international agreements and legal documents for AstraZeneca AB, including approvals, signatures, notarization, apostilles, records, and corporate evidence. Support company secretarial matters for Swedish legal entities, monitor relevant Swedish and EU regulations, liaise with global stakeholders and authorities, and improve document-management and signing workflows.
