Build and maintain Kubernetes orchestration, automated AWS infrastructure via IaC (Terraform), and company-wide CI/CD tooling. Improve reliability, scalability, security, and developer productivity while collaborating with product teams and evangelizing infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices.

Provide HR and recruitment administration support including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications and contracts, data quality checks, SLA delivery with third parties, and process improvement using HR technologies.

Lead design and delivery of governed, production-grade AI systems for enabling functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Audit). Build multi-agent LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, sovereignty-aware model routing, governance-as-code, resilience features, and MLOps practices. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prototype, pilot, and scale auditable AI solutions meeting multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
