Perform prior authorization and retrospective reviews for outpatient procedures, elective admissions, post-homecare services and DME using medical necessity criteria. Refer to Medical Directors as appropriate, maintain regulatory and accreditation knowledge, comply with policies, and support other duties as assigned. Work remotely with rotating weekend/holiday coverage and overtime.

Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments; perform check runs and electronic transfers; maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies; assist month-end close, produce reports, support audits, and help maintain internal financial controls and compliance.

Support DME operations by answering calls, confirming orders, scheduling appointments, processing and tracking orders in DME software, assembling and delivering supplies, performing inventory counts, assisting with fittings and in-person service appointments, maintaining documentation and compliance, and providing clerical support to the DME team.
