Lead planning, implementation, optimization, training, evaluation, and support of clinical information systems and the EHR. Act as EHR SME, liaise between IT and clinical teams, analyze workflows, configure functionality, deliver end-user training and support, develop reporting/analytics and dashboards, and support regulatory compliance and technology initiatives. Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.

Leads technical accounting and SEC reporting for complex transactions, acquisitions, consolidations, valuations, and financial statement judgments. Owns US GAAP policies, ASC 805 purchase accounting, VIE analyses, SOX 404 controls, technical accounting memos, audit support, and 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reporting. Advises executives and transaction teams, coordinates with auditors and valuation specialists, and develops accounting checklists, review frameworks, and finance team capabilities.

Leads Astrana Health’s operational internal audit function, including risk assessment, audit planning, end-to-end engagement execution, data-driven testing, findings, remediation validation, and Audit Committee reporting. The role audits healthcare processes such as claims, encounters, risk adjustment, credentialing, revenue cycle, delegated oversight, and acquisitions. It also establishes audit methodology, manages staff and co-source resources, supports investigations, and advises leaders on control design and process improvement.
