Provide first-level technical support for users, handle helpline calls and tickets, escalate complex cases to Tier II/III, participate in on-call rotation, perform field support as needed, review system/network/security event logs, ensure SOX 404B and HIPAA compliance, and educate users on cybersecurity and device usage.

Conduct high-volume chart reviews to identify HCC and ICD-10-CM coding gaps, audit and abstract codes, educate providers and practice leaders, track KPIs (HCC recapture, AWVs), mentor staff, recommend process improvements, and support risk adjustment initiatives.

Manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, conduct analyses, prepare reports, and lead a team of accountants.
