Leads experiential creative development for immersive brand experiences, trade shows, exhibits, activations, and events. Partners with executive creative, business development, design, production, and client teams to shape briefs, develop concepts, create presentations, support pitches, and align solutions with budgets, timelines, and client objectives. Requires strong storytelling, spatial thinking, presentation, project management, trend awareness, and collaborative leadership skills.

Plans, budgets, schedules, and oversees custom fabrication projects from scope definition through completion. Coordinates internal teams, detailers, account managers, operations, and third-party suppliers; manages resources, quality control, timelines, vendor payments, project files, estimates, and cost tracking. Ensures projects remain aligned with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and profitability goals while supporting client meetings and presentations.

Provides first-line IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, network, and application issues. Responsibilities include ticket prioritization, troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, system testing, documentation, performance tuning, vendor coordination, equipment research, and support for system implementations. The role assists the Systems Administrator and requires strong communication, customer service, organization, initiative, and the ability to support technical and non-technical users.

Supports multiple Project Managers by tracking timelines, budgets, deliverables, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Coordinates domestic and international transportation for project materials, equipment, and goods. Books carriers, tracks shipments, prepares bills of lading, packing lists, and customs documentation, and supports customs clearance. Maintains shipping schedules, communicates status and delays, resolves transportation issues, monitors costs against budgets, and maintains shipment records. Collaborates with project management, warehouse and logistics teams, procurement, carriers, vendors, and customs brokers.

Lead experiential creative direction, new business strategy, client presentations, and immersive brand experience concepts. Own creative briefs, user journeys, spatial and environmental design, trade show and event concepts, and design direction for 3D teams. Mentor creative staff, ensure concepts are practical and aligned with production constraints, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering impactful client experiences.

Coordinates procurement activities across vendors, project teams, production, logistics, accounting, and operations. Verifies requests, prepares purchase orders, sources materials, monitors deliveries, manages inventory, resolves shipment and invoice issues, supports budget control and credit card reconciliation, and maintains vendor records. The role also assists estimation and builds vendor relationships through sourcing, samples, and product discussions.

Manage the implementation, administration, development, and optimization of NetSuite ERP. Lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, go-live, integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, and data governance. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Project Management, and external vendors to improve processes, maintain system stability, manage permissions, and ensure compliance. Oversee ERP project milestones, budgets, risks, user support, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.

Leads financial control for a business unit, overseeing project accounting, budgeting, cost management, revenue recognition, cash flow, billing, collections, compliance, forecasting, and monthly reporting. The role analyzes project profitability, labor and material variances, financial health, and ROI, while partnering with facility and business leadership to achieve financial targets. It also supervises accounting functions, supports ERP implementations, develops financial policies, and ensures GAAP adherence.

Prepares, preflights, reviews, and optimizes graphic files for large-format printing. Performs quality control on fonts, colors, layouts, resolution, and embedded assets; troubleshoots prepress issues; builds production files from client assets; coordinates with designers, production teams, and clients; manages multiple projects and maintains accurate project records.

Supports the sales process through RFP and proposal preparation, CRM data maintenance, digital asset organization, meeting coordination, presentations, travel arrangements, and executive assistance. Coordinates communication among sales, design, finance, and estimating teams, maintains accurate client and project information, supports onboarding and training, and recommends process improvements to increase team efficiency.

Drives new business acquisition and revenue growth through client relationship management, strategic sales planning, proposals, bids, budgets, and solution development. Serves as a trusted client advisor, qualifies opportunities, manages stakeholders, maintains Salesforce records, achieves sales quotas, and represents the company at industry events. Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams while guiding client loyalty, profitable growth, and successful proposal delivery.

Supports the CEO and C-suite with complex calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, correspondence, document preparation, expense processing, stakeholder communication, and confidential administrative operations. The Executive Assistant also maintains the organization’s master calendar, prepares leadership materials, manages incoming requests, and provides general office support while adapting to shifting priorities.

Leads client development, business development, sales pipeline growth, account expansion, proposal creation, and relationship management for ASTOUND’s experience design offerings. Builds trusted client partnerships, qualifies leads, leads win strategies, coordinates cross-functional teams, advocates for the brand, manages account activity and budgets, and supports team collaboration and deadlines.

Develops new accounts and expands existing business through lead generation, relationship building, sales strategy, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Manages sales pipelines, forecasts, Salesforce activity reports, and client retention strategies.
